Mr. Michael Lancashire graduated from Thiel College in Greenville, Penn., with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Prior to entering the insurance industry he spent three years in retail management.  

Mr. Lancashire spent 17 years at Kemper Insurance Company holding multiple claims, technical and management positions in the Midwest and East coast. He joined The Main Street America Group in 2003 as Technical Director and was promoted to Vice President Claims in 2006. Since assuming the role he has implemented a web based claim platform, as well as restructuring the department to improve service, efficiency and productivity.  

He has been a member of the CPCU society since 1993 and obtained the following insurance designations:

Associate in Risk Management

Associate in Insurance Services 

Mr. Lancashire volunteers at the local YMCA and is an active supporter of the Nease Women’s Lacrosse Booster Club.  

Mike and his wife Suzy have twin daughters, Chelsea and Allie, and reside in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.
